Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Standard orders
    Your order will be shipped between 1 - 2 working days. A shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order has been sent out for delivery. Please keep in mind that orders may take longer to be delivered during busy periods and public holidays.
  • Special releases and pre-orders 

Please check the delivery timing in the product info. In most cases we provide a ‘ships at or around’ date. Due to circumstances out of our control, this date might slightly change.

An order will only be shipped when all items are in stock. 

Keep in mind, international shipping can be unreliable and often results in delays at customs offices. In the case that your package is held by customs for any reason, it’s your own responsibility to contact your local customs office and resolve any issue there might be.

For shipments outside of Europe, additional import costs will most likely be charged by your government, these fees are out of our control. Therefore we’re unable to provide support on this matter.

ANDREA CMA is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. In the case that your package has been returned to our warehouse, we will contact you immediately.


Returns

We're not able to offer free shipping nor provide returns free of charge. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and pre-order items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
